As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for execution general maintenance and repair duties. This position necessitates the ability to work different shifts, including holidays, weekends, and extended hours outdoors in various weather conditions. You will work within different departments and with other staff. You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off, and advancement is always a possibility.

Salary range: $37000 - $47000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Logistics team.

• Manage logistics systems such as the Distribution Management System, DR Track Systems and PeopleNet.

• Monitor daily routing changes and ensure cross-functional partners are informed of changes.

• Prepare standard daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the Logistics team, using routing software and other technologies.

• Analyze route layouts to ensure proper route coverage for existing/new customers or seasonal demands.

• Ensure data between systems is in sync at all times (routing data, customer requirements, unloading/delivery time, etc.).

• Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, and resolves routine problems.

• Assist in identifying opportunity areas for continuous improvement.

• Support departmental goals and objectives.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma required.

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills 

• Able to work in a team environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
