A great amount of standing, walking, bending, twisting, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 15 pounds. A moderate amount of sitting, climbing, carrying, and lifting more than 16 pounds.  Moderately cold and hot working environment.  Continuous mental and visual attention working around moving equipment and mechanical devices and electrical circuits. 

Minimum high school graduate preferred.  Must demonstrate knowledge of mechanical devices, troubleshooting and repair and safe work practices.  Minimum 5 years mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.  Experience with large mechanical equipment as well as pumps, pipe, and instrumentation equipment is preferred.  Other preferred skills include welding, use of hoists, cranes, hand and power tools, and fine measurement devices.  Must be comfortable with the use of personal computers. 

Hourly Rate: $22.35-$29.86 (DOE)
