Responsibilities:

Safeguard the plant assets.

Verify the condition of assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with

the assigned maintenance tasks.

Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.

Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through

the development of new technologies.

Participate in customer audits, meeting the established standards and assigned

requirements for each of them according to Vibracoustic's systems.

Comply with the procedures, work instructions, and activities of the Quality

Management System in accordance with our standards ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001,

ISO 50001, and ISO 45001.

Maintain strict order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and its work areas

through 5S programs and the implementation of TPM in the areas where required.

Qualifications:

• Technical or engineer, electromechanical or electronic or related, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.
• 3 years in the maintenance department of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry, injection molding machines, polyurethane processes, process automation
• Specialized Knowledge: Automation, hydraulic, electronics,mechanics, interpretation of diagrams
• English - Intermediate
