The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
Help with snow removal and salting on an as-needed basis.
Manage 4-Wheeler, Snow Blower, Salter. and work with our Maintenance Team to keep roads and walks clear.
All lawn care, trimming, mowing using our brand new electric equipment and zero-turn mowers!
Potential for training in all areas of property maintenance.
Requirements
Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Can-do, positive attitude.
Highly motivated.
100% dependable.
