Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift

This position is for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician at our facility in Charlotte, NC.  

Your Role

• You will read and interpret maintenance requests and completes as needed both electronically and manual. 
• You have the ambition to repair machines proactively to keep them in the best possible working order. 
• You will maintain an effective parts inventory that will allow repairs to be completed in a timely manner through Hagen system. 
• You will provide timely feedback to Maintenance Lead and Production Supervisor of machine condition and potential upcoming issues as noticed during preventative maintenance upkeep. 
• You are committed to working closely with area managers on required machine failures and corrective actions. 
• You will contribute by assisting Maintenance staff as needed in completing needed repairs. 
• You have the ability to share knowledge with machine operators to develop them into self-sufficient, productive employees.

Your Profile

Minimum Qualifications

• You have obtained a High School diploma or equivalent
• You demonstrate mechanical and electronic related experience 
• You possess the skills of being detail-oriented, proactive and a self-starter 
• You must have excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• You will need to be able to lift 40 lb. cartons on a consistent basis
• You have familiarity with pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry
