Maintenance Team Leader (f/m/div)*

Join our team of experts in Cegléd as a Maintenance Team Leader and become part of a successful team in a multinational working environment.

As a Maintenance Team Leader you will lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians that is responsible to coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting and reconditioning jobs of machines, equipment and instruments. You and your team will be a key contributor of our continuous improvement activities.

In your new role you will:

• Coordinate the setting up and the operating of the maintenance system.
• Coordinate and monitor the spare parts and components consumption.
• Take part in the transfers of new machines/equipment, and other transfer projects.
• Prioritize and organize service jobs and interventions.
• Take part on the creation of proposals on improving processes, implementing approved changes.
• Be the representation of the site in specific topics in a multinational environment.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability, rapid fault resolution and efficient material usage.
• Ensure adherence to labor protection regulations, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
• Support the professional development and training of maintenance team members to increase efficiency and maintain a high level of expertise.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University or college degree in a technical field like Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or production environment, preferable in a multinational company.
• Previous experience in a team leading role or people management.
• Knowledge of labor protection regulations and maintenance requirements of machines and equipment
• Fluency in Hungarian and English languages.
