Maintenance Team Leader

Maintenance Team Leaders, £42 – 46,500K dependent on experience.

Working rotating 12 hour days and nights. Benefits to include, pension scheme, life insurance, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus stats.

The Company:

An international integrated systems and solutions provider, working in the distribution / automated warehouse industry. They design, develop and implement automated materials handling solutions and provide full on site customer support.

The Role – Maintenance Team Leader

·Day to day management of a multi-disciplined engineering team.

·This is a hands on management role, you will be involved with the maintenance and repair of automated cranes, conveyors, robots and all associated equipment.

·Working in a customer facing environment, achieving KPI targets at all times.

·You will be involved with continuous improvements of the site.

·Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.

The Person – Maintenance Team Leader

·You must have strong leadership capabilities.

·You must be and effective problem solver and be self-motivated.

·An apprentice trained or equivalent Engineering Qualification is essential.
