MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS – LOUISVILLE, KY

OVERVIEW:
Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep a facility running fresh, fast, and flawlessly? Teasdale Latin Foods is searching for Maintenance Supervisors who can keep our production lines sizzling, our teams supported, and our operations running at peak flavor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead day-to-day workflow, ensuring teams understand their tasks and keep production “on the boil.”

  • Set priorities, goals, and timelines that align with our recipe for operational success.

  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and boost performance.

  • Oversee timekeeping and personnel records with accuracy and accountability.

  • Troubleshoot equipment and personnel issues—keeping downtime and conflict off the menu.

  • Act as the key link between frontline teams and upper leadership.

  • Create and deliver performance reports that help drive business results.

  • Recommend rewards, development opportunities, and corrective actions when needed.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal guidelines, and company policies.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or similar leadership role.

  • Strong background in leading, training, and motivating teams.

  • Solid understanding of company policies and relevant legal guidelines.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong documentation abilities.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Diploma/Certificate in first-line management; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  • High school diploma required.
