Pay: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This direct-hire position is responsible for leading maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily activities of the maintenance team
• Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Provide technical support for PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians as needed
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Extensive industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and/or electronics background required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
