Maintenance Supervisor

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and influential Maintenance Supervisor to join our winning team. The position will be permanent full time, working a lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading your crew to maintain plant and equipment in a safe and cost-effective manner to achieve budget performance levels.

• Executing the weekly plan whilst taking into consideration mining activities and fleet performance.

• Maintaining a safe workplace through visible leadership.

• Overseeing the training and development of your team members

About you:

• You will hold a relevant Mechanical / Electrical Trade Certificate.

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.

• You will have experience in computerised maintenance management systems (SAP).

• You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.

• You have the ability to work in high pressure situations with competing workplace priorities.

• You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

• You demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively.

• You are a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.
