This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business 

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm | 4 mandatory weekends for quarterly maintenance

Pay: Pay range $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Implements minor process adjustments that improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce rework.

• Communicates status updates and risk information to support timely resolution and alignment.

• Validates records, reports, and outputs to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with standards.

• Escalates complex or atypical issues with clear context, actions taken, and recommended next steps.

• Organizes personal work queue to maintain service levels and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Assists with follow-up activity needed to close routine maintenance and documentation items.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required

Certifications:

• Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling preferred.
