We are looking for a Maintenance Process Engineer to join our team and drive the evolution of our maintenance organization from reactive execution to a Professional Maintenance model.

  • Higher equipment availability and OEE

  • Increased maintenance productivity and planning quality

  • More effective preventive maintenance programs

  • Reduced dependency on external technical support

  • Sustainable, long-term reliability improvements

Strategic Context

This role is fully aligned with our site's strategic priorities:

  • Reliability improvement roadmap

  • OEE and maintenance cost optimization objectives

  • Continuous improvement culture

What We're Looking For
