Maintenance Planner - Food Manufacturing

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility. The Maintenance Planner supports a food manufacturing facility by planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventative maintenance and daily work orders. This role partners closely with Operations and Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, food safety, and regulatory compliance. We are offering a salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually.    

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment downtime. 

• Coordinate maintenance work with plant personnel and external contractors. 

• Analyze equipment performance and downtime to support continuous improvement efforts. 

• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and CMMS documentation. 

• Support maintenance inventory, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance. 

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Sanitation teams to support plant objectives. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. 

• 5+ years of maintenance or plant operations experience (food manufacturing preferred) 

• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• CMMS experience 

• Maintenance planning experience 

• Technical or vocational degree 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment 

Physical Requirements: 

• Lift up to 50 pounds 

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb ladders throughout the shift 

• Work in hot, cold, and humid food manufacturing environments
