What You’ll Do
As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee all maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role will focus on ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment. You’ll drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, lead a high-performing team, and partner with internal stakeholders on improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Conducting facility inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance records
• Managing vendor relationships and maintenance schedules
• Leading and training maintenance technicians
• Supporting Lean initiatives and driving continuous improvement
• Providing hands-on technical support across various maintenance disciplines
• Promoting a strong safety culture throughout the department

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong background in Electrical/PLC, Robotics, Mechanical, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Welding, Machining, and Conveyor systems
• Ability to manage vendors, schedules, and budgets
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and CMMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and interpreting technical schematics (preferred)
