Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the factory’s maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facilities run smoothly. You will lead a team of technicians, develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, and minimize downtime to keep production on track.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure high performance.

• Monitor machine performance, identify technical issues, and resolve them quickly.

• Manage spare parts inventory and secure critical components when needed.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize workflow disruptions.

• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, reports, and performance metrics.

• Work with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial/factory maintenance management.

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance best practices.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
