Job Bridge Global is currently seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our clients dynamic team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems across various industries. You will play a critical role in the maintenance strategy, focusing on preventive measures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  • Diagnose faults and malfunctions in equipment, implementing appropriate repairs and modifications.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment lifecycle and performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Identify areas for improvement in maintenance procedures and recommend enhancements.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, maintenance technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and equipment used in industrial settings.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications related to maintenance engineering (preferred).
