Maintenance Director – Tiburon Hills Care Center

Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Pay & Schedule

• $35–$40/hr (depending on experience)

• Full-time position with consistent hours

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance throughout the facility

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety codes and regulations

• Oversee vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and projects

• Manage the maintenance team, schedules, and work orders efficiently

• Maintain facility equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds

• Support disaster preparedness and ensure safety protocols are up to date

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance leadership (healthcare or SNF environment preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety codes

• Ability to lead a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
