Position Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator coordinates daily maintenance services, including service requests, remediation, preventative maintenance, project management, and unit turnovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizes maintenance workflows with residents, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality community maintenance operations.
- Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform.
- Creates and approves payment of purchase orders, informing management of any discrepancies.
- Administers the key logging system, including regular audits, promptly resolving outstanding keys, and reporting findings to the team.
Additional Skills:
Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED),or equivalent experience

- 0 - 2 years
Additional Requirements:
- Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
