I. Key Responsibilities

1. Operation, Maintenance, and Repair of School Facilities

  • Operate and maintain the school's building systems, including:
    • Building Management System (BMS)
    • Electrical distribution panels
    • Lighting systems
    • Water supply and drainage systems
    • Irrigation systems
    • Fire protection and fire alarm systems
    • Air conditioning, ventilation, and heat pump systems
    • Lightning protection systems
    • Swimming pool systems
    • Access control systems
    • Backup generators
    • Transformer stations
    • Building structures, including ceilings, walls, floors, doors, windows, gates, and furniture (cabinets, desks, chairs, whiteboards, etc.).
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.
  • Carry out minor repair works, including but not limited to:
    • Tightening screws in electrical panels and furniture
    • Repairing doors
    • Replacing ceiling tiles
    • Touch-up painting of walls, railings, and steel columns
    • Replacing light bulbs and water valves
    • Clearing blocked drainage systems.
  • Assist in supervising contractors and participate in inspection and acceptance of maintenance, repair, and renovation works, including major building systems such as HVAC, fire protection systems, electrical systems, transformer stations, generators, lightning protection systems, landscaping, septic tank cleaning, and other facility-related projects.

2. Support School Operations

  • Install, relocate, and set up furniture, equipment, and other facilities as requested by the School Management Team to support the school's daily operations and events.

3. Support the Project Management Department

Key responsibilities include:

  • Record and verify monthly electricity, water, and gas meter readings.
  • Conduct site inspections, take photographs, and perform measurements as requested by the Project Management Department.
  • Welcome and escort contractors during site visits and surveys.
  • Assist with visits to government authorities and the submission of required documentation.

4. Other Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the School Management Team and the Project Management Department.

II. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Industrial Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a similar facilities maintenance or building engineering role.
  • Experience operating a Building Management System (BMS) is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Proactive, resourceful, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good work discipline, good physical health, and a willingness to build a long-term career with the Company.
