Junior Marketing Analyst

Location: Bengaluru (in-office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Analyst to join our Growth

team. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in analytics and marketing. You’ll

support the team in tracking campaigns, preparing reports, and learning how to analyze data to

provide actionable insights.

If you’re curious about marketing, enjoy working with data, and are eager to learn tools like SQL,

Python, and Google Ads, this is the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking performance of campaigns across digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads,

Google Ads, etc.)

• Support the team in maintaining and updating reports and dashboards (Google Sheets,

Excel)

• Learn and help monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)

• Coordinate with performance marketing and creative teams for campaign execution and

tracking

• Help with audience segmentation and basic data analysis for optimization

• Prepare weekly reports and share initial findings with the team

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM)

• Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivots)

• Eagerness to learn SQL, Python, and marketing analytics tools

• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field

Bonus Points

• Internship/project experience in marketing or data analysis

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or any BI dashboard

• Knowledge of basic statistics or A/B testing concepts
