Objetivo de la posición: Conceptualizar, desarrollar, planear e implementar nuevos proyectos relacionados a procesos de manufactura maquinados, considerando los lineamientos de seguridad, calidad, costos y alcanzando las fechas compromiso establecidas. Optimizar y administrar los recursos, así como liderar situaciones que favorezcan el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

Experiencia: 5 años mínimo en conceptualización, cotización, desarrollo y lanzamiento de procesos metalmecánicos rubro automotriz, afines a la manufactura del tren motriz en engranes/flechas para Transmisiones, ejes diferenciales y cajas de transferencia en sus diferentes variantes. Deseable experiencia en conceptualización, cotización y desarrollo de engranes/flechas para vehículos eléctricos en los nuevos componentes para el tren motriz; Gearbox, eBeam, Transmisiones hibridas. La experiencia solicitada debe estar fundada en la participación activa en procesos de maquinado para proyectos de los principales OEM automotrices a nivel Global.
