Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture color and additive concentrates. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to job specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow job specifications and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
