Location - 3000 MT Pleasant Street, Burlington, Iowa 

Starting Hourly Rate - $19.64/hr plus shift premiums

Your Role:

• Set up, start up, and handle machine change-overs like a pro.
• Perform shut down and clean up procedures with precision.
• Perform or assist with light preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Understand and strictly observe safety rules to keep everyone safe.
• Follow GMPs and assist in achieving our SQF Certification annually, ensuring we're always SQF ready.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Prior food processing/operator experience is a plus.
• Troubleshooting Talent: Ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issues effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required to run production smoothly.
