About the Team
The E-Commerce Risk Control (ECRC) team is missioned: - To protect E-Commerce users, including and beyond buyer, seller, creator; - By securing the integrity of our ecommerce ecosystem and providing a safe shopping experience on the platform; - Through building infrastructures, platforms and technologies, as well as collaborating with many cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. PhD internships at Our Company provide students with the opportunity to actively contribute to our products and research, as well as to the organization's future plans and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
Develop domain-specific machine learning / LLMs / Agents to decode and prevent intricate, cross-domain fraudulent activties.
1. Analyze massive business and security data to mine abnormal user behavior, and uncover evolving risky patterns.
2. Productionize AI agent pipelines engineered for real-time prevention under massive global traffic.
3. Analyze / test the effectiveness of the built solutions.
4. Work in a cross-functional team setting to mitigate business risks.
5. Work with relevant software platform to develop/deploy/monitor the models.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
2. Responsible for the development of deep learning and operations research models and related intelligent systems for the supply chain and logistics of the global E-Commerce business.
3. Good coding skills in one or more programming language.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Good knowledge on machine learning / LLM / Agentic system and hands-on experience with popular frameworks such as pytorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers.
2. Ability to think critically, rationally, and communicate in result-oriented, data-driven manner.
