We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and coordinate multiple food service operations, ensuring high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The position is responsible for managing budgets, menu development, inventory control, vendor negotiations, food safety compliance, and revenue growth initiatives across various service channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and extensive experience managing diverse F&B operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all F&B outlets and services (Cafeteria, Dining Hall, Catering, Food Truck, Grocery Store, Vending Machines).
  • Manage the department’s budget, cost control, revenue, and profitability.
  • Develop and update the product and service catalog.
  • Lead menu planning and control, including nutritional information and communication materials.
  • Control inventories and fixed assets.
  • Coordinate uniforms, equipment, and work materials for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and certifications (Distintivo H, safety regulations).
  • Analyze satisfaction surveys and complaints, implement improvements.
  • Propose and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, including multi-outlet operations.
  • Knowledge of international cuisine, service protocols, and Distintivo H.
  • Intermediate English (B2).
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
