Job Description

1.跟催EPR工單生產進度，協調生產資源
2.降低FQC&IPQC Loss率-SOP落實執行，降低低階錯誤,治工具及設計優化,降低人員犯錯可能,降低離職率,ISO檔教導替代口頭交接
3.SMT報廢率管控-下線料,拋料回收標準化,減少下線料損耗
4.稽核缺失改善，達成客戶需求
5.跨部門溝通協調，確保生產作業順暢
6.產線異常單關結跟催，確保異常處理完成
7.基層幹部培養及多能工人才培養規劃，經驗傳承
8.生產線巡檢稽核-日常巡線，交接班巡線確認,SOP問題點改善，產線作業動作合理及改善
