Job Description

1.人力確認彙整當班並提報, 掌握開線人力 2.前一天生產進度,異常確認,提報PMC,達成產出目標 3.換線協調資源，縮減換線時間與領班工作量 4.協助產線處理異常(原材/急件)並跟進,確保生產品質 5.每日拋料與損耗改善,達成報廢率目標 6.處理組裝/105/IPQC/FQC異常,減少品質異常 7.跟催確認工單(WIP)結案完成狀況,達成工單關結率目標 8.現場人員作業紀律監督,品質管控,7S巡視與整改,達到符合7S之生產車間
