Job Description

1.負責倉儲與物料管理整體運作，確保收料、入庫與存儲效率與品質。

2.建立並控管庫存機制，確保帳物一致並優化庫存水位與周轉效率。

3.統籌物料發放與物流配送，確保供應生產需求之即時性與準確性。

4.制定與優化倉儲作業流程（SOP），推動標準化與持續改善。

5.領導倉儲團隊，落實績效管理、人才培育與組織發展。

6.管控倉庫安全與營運環境，確保作業合規與職場安全。

7.跨部門協調供應鏈流程，解決營運問題並提升整體效率。

8.管理供應商合作關係並評估供應鏈風險，以確保供應穩定與成本優化。
