Job Description

1. Project Planning and Management: - Monitor and manage project progress: new product introduction, ensuring compliance with company processes to facilitate smooth mass production of new products. - Monitor and manage ECN changes for mass production products/projects with long production gaps, ensuring correct implementation to meet customer or BU requirements. - Collaborate with the team to provide solutions based on FCST demand changes and report to BU and factory management for decision-making reference. 2. Project Resource Coordination and Management: - Assist in allocating and managing resources required for projects, including manpower, materials, and equipment. - Monitor and manage scrap and obsolete inventory amounts for pilot production finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials to reduce losses from scrapping or obsolescence. 3. Quality Control and Improvement: - Execute the "Three Actuals" (actual site/actual item/actual time) daily and participate in daily production meetings, compiling reports on customer visits/audit plans/major project progress. - Coordinate and resolve project issues, and provide improvement and preventive suggestions for project processes/methods. 4. Cross-Team Collaboration: - Responsible for cross-department (center-level) communication and coordination of required resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to drive project achievement according to planned objectives. - Integrate cross-department (center-level) factory information and develop concrete plans for management decision-making reference. - For major projects (capacity, automation, urgent customer demands, etc.), coordinate and integrate cross-department (center-level) factory information and develop concrete plans for management decision-making reference. 5.
