Job Description

1. Production Test Program Development and Maintenance: - Design and implement production test programs for network communication equipment (C#, C, C++, Python). - Develop and debug test drivers to ensure proper hardware functionality. 2. Test Process Optimization and Automation: - Develop and optimize test processes to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. - Use automated testing tools (such as Jenkins, LabVIEW) to implement test automation. 3. Test Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect and analyze test data, generate test reports, and provide recommendations for product quality improvement. - Analyze and resolve issues identified during the testing process. 4. Test Environment Setup and Maintenance: - Set up and maintain test environments, including hardware devices and test platforms. - Ensure the stability and reliability of the test environment. 5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: - Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product managers to participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments. - Write test program design documents to ensure maintainability and scalability of test programs.
