1.依工廠運籌需求規劃生產力管理架構與組織，提升整體製造效能與競爭力。
2.建立與監控生產力KPI體系，透過數據分析推動持續改善與績效提升。
3.建置製造管理整合系統並主導流程優化專案，提升營運透明度與效率。
4.推動產能規劃、設施規劃、製程分析與成本優化等改善活動，確保品質穩定與效率提升。
5.領導製造工程團隊（含跨功能團隊），確保生產流程高效、穩定且符合品質標準。
6.規劃年度營運計畫並管理預算與人力資源，以達成組織績效目標。
7.透過跨部門與跨區域協作，整合資源以提升整體製造價值與營運效能。
8.提供專業技術指導與創新解決方案，持續強化製程能力與工程技術競爭力。

Education

Bachelor - Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering and other related fields

Work Experience

6 Sigma、 Cost Control、 Electronics Factory with 1000 + employee
