Pay: Starting at $28.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician instructions

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to RN or physician

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care

• Work collaboratively with CNAs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Active LVN License in the State of California

• Current BLS Certification

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
