Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – NOC Shift
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Hemet Hills Post Acute, Hemet, CA
Starting Pay: $29.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized nursing care during overnight hours.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to needs with empathy and skill.
• Collaborate with fellow night-shift heroes to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
• Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.

What You Bring:

• Current California LVN license.
• CPR certification.
• A love for quiet hours and meaningful work.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate!
