Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and assistance to residents as needed.
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing nursing care in long-term care settings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California.
• CPR certification required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
