• Pay Range: Starting at $36–$45/hour

Your Role as an LVN

As an LVN at Napa Post Acute, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and communicate any changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current LVN license in California.
• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Dedication: A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to residents.
