Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document patient conditions

• Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of care

• Assist with patient assessments and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Current California LVN License

• CPR Certification (required)

• Previous experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility (preferred)

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
