The TikTok Shop US Operations team is committed to delivering high-quality products together with a unique customer experience through TikTok. As part of the Luxury Resale category, you will support the growth of an exciting and fast-evolving business, helping merchants succeed through category strategy, livestream strategy, merchant operations, and data-driven execution.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Assess the differential impact of platform policies on different merchant groups and their opportunities for economic participation.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of merchant governance policies and compliance mechanisms.
- Analyze digital governance and policy adaptation issues for cross-border merchants. - Conduct merchant case analysis and policy implementation analysis.
- Support the operation and tiered management of core merchants.
- Conduct merchant performance and governance effectiveness analysis.
- Develop industry insights and standardized processes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, and creator economy.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven skills of learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce business, having a solid understanding of the industry landscape.
- Interest in luxury resale, fashion, handbags, watches, jewelry, collectibles, or related categories is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience in business analysis or operational reporting is preferred.
