Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Assistant Manager in Inventory Management
• Overseeing the activities of the Yard, Delivery and Sales Supervisors
• Supervising subordinates to ensure maximum effectiveness and productivity.  Ensure timely order entry, delivery follow‑ups, returns, and after‑sales service coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Five (5) CXC subjects including a numeric subject and English Language. 
• A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience at a supervisory level in the building supplies business or a related field
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

Skills  & Requirements:

• Customer-oriented with a good working knowledge of building materials.
•  Computer and numerical skills,
•  Ability to lead a team.
•  A Valid Drivers’ Licence
