We're looking for a skilled QA Engineer who:

  1. Has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with both manual and automated testing.
  2. Is proficient in writing and executing test cases, debugging, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
  3. Has hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or other automation tools.
  4. Understands API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  5. Is comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  6. Has experience with performance and security testing (a plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing for Lucio’s AI-driven legal solutions.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve testing strategies and automate repetitive testing tasks.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
  • You have worked with both manual and automated testing frameworks.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactively improve QA processes.
  • You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering bug-free software.
