[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, STATION OPERATIONS[What you will be working on]
The Rail Licensing Division is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and take on the challenge of managing and administering rail operators’ licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, and monitoring rail performance, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
(a) Reviewing and facilitating the approval process for advertising media, commercial spaces and activities across the RTS network;
(b) Conducting inspections, checks and audits of advertising media, commercial spaces and activities across the RTS network to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements;
(c) Facilitating the development of initiatives to create a more inclusive public transport system;
(d) Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop non-fare policies, guidelines and initiatives to improve the overall public transport commuter experience.
(e) Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and review the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Licences and Codes of Practice (CPs); and
(f) Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess the issuance of Notice of Offence to RTS commuters and respond to public feedback.

Experience in stakeholder engagement, licensing and regulatory work will be an advantage.
