McGuire Christian Counseling is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This job will include in-home and office therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. The types of therapy will include individual, family and marriage counseling. This job requires travel in Springfield and the surrounding areas along with managing one's schedule, contacting clients, and setting up appointments. While not required, bilingual abilities are a plus.

McGuire Christian Counseling provides a supportive staff which takes on the responsibility of applying to insurance companies for therapists to be in network, billing all insurance companies and community support organizations, and assisting in training therapists on new technologies and new law-required procedures. McGuire Christian Counseling uses a virtual system, making scheduling and documentation modern, streamlined, and efficient. In use of this system, we are compliant with HIPPA regulations and Medicaid requirements.
