Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends (mandatory); shifts typically end between 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliability, punctuality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Utilize basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate expertise in customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Practice good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Complete written reports as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining cleanliness of office area and conducting light sweeping inside the garage during downtime.
- Monitor and maintain proper functioning of all machines, including cleaning and upkeep of surrounding areas. Promptly report any malfunctions to the Parking Manager.
- Exercise vigilance at the Pay Station, observing customer transactions to prevent machine jams or issues with payment methods.
- Ensure cleanliness of the garage office lobby, restroom, and promptly dispose of trash.
- Account for all signage during business hours, ensuring they are properly placed, and secure them when the garage is closed. Conduct checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Refill token machines as needed, before lunch breaks, and at the end of the shift.
- Monitor the condition of all equipment and notify the Parking Manager of any maintenance requirements or cleaning situations that necessitate additional assistance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical ability to perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
