Job Description:
At TJX Australia, our Loss Prevention teams play a critical role in protecting our people, assets and operations. We're looking for a Supply Chain Loss Prevention Associate - AM Shift to support security, compliance and shrink reduction initiatives within our Processing Centre environment.
What You'll Do
Promote a safe and secure workplace by supporting safety, access control and compliance activities.
Conduct audits, inspections and operational reviews to identify risks and process gaps.
Support investigations into theft, fraud, inventory discrepancies and other loss events.
Assist with CCTV reviews, evidence gathering and reporting.
Partner with warehouse teams to drive compliance, inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
Maintain accurate records and escalate security, safety and operational concerns.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Compliance, Investigations or Audit.
Warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience is highly regarded.
Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
Ability to identify risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
