Maximus is hiring a Long-Term Care Assessor in Central Illinois. Maximus is seeking a Clinical Assessments Coordinator to support the Illinois SALT (Screening Assessment for Long-Term Settings) program throughout Central Illinois. In this field-based role, you'll conduct in-person continued stay assessments that help ensure individuals receiving long-term care services continue to receive the support they need. Your work will play a critical role in maintaining access to services that promote health, independence, and quality of life. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who reside in or near Peoria or Decatur and are comfortable traveling throughout Central Illinois. Daily travel is required, with approximately 40% of visits occurring in the Peoria area and 60% in the Decatur area.
