Job Responsibilities:
1.    Support daily import/export and bonded area operations management to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity requirements, in order to achieve departmental goals.
2.    Assist in managing operational staff to maintain workforce stability and discipline, ensuring bonded operations are conducted in accordance with regulations.
3.    Support daily bonded warehouse and import/export site operations to ensure smooth logistics, customs clearance, and inventory/accounting processes.
4.    Actively assist operators in resolving import/export and bonded operation issues, and collaborate with the team to analyze root causes and prevent recurrence.
5.    Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., SCM, CSR, Sales, Quality, Finance…etc.) to achieve daily import/export and bonded operation targets.
6.    Support the team in achieving departmental KPIs, such as EHS, Quality, OTS (On-Time Shipment), and IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy).
7.    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance bonded operation efficiency and overall team performance.
 

Job Qualification:

1. The role will focus on bonded import/export operations & Production control as a full-time position.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export, Logistics, Warehouse, Packing Line -related work.

3. At least 6 months of hands-on experience in bonded operations.

4. Fluent in English reading and writing, intermediate in listening and speaking.
