This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a strategic and fastevolving Procurement function with influence across the entire EMEA region. As a Logistics Procurement COE Analyst, you will work closely with the Logistics Procurement COE Manager and support all regional RFQ activity, gaining exposure to complex logistics sourcing processes and highimpact decisionmaking.

The position provides a strong platform to engage with a Procurement strategy that drives business growth while advancing critical priorities such as ESG performance, Scope 3 emissions reduction, and manufacturing excellence. By partnering with stakeholders and suppliers, the role plays an important part in ensuring competitive sourcing, strengthening supplier relationships, and supporting innovation, sustainability, and diversity objectives.

You will:

  • Collate and analyse data requirements for each RFQ and / or benchmark opportunity

  • Where possible, extract the latest data set for the DSS ERP / TMS systems

  • Use the Transporeon sourcing tool to run all RFQ activity

  • Works closely with the Logistics Sub-Regional Category team members to ensure alignment and delivery as per the strategic and tactical programme

  • Responsible for supporting Logistics Category strategies with RFQ / supply market activity across all logistics sub-categories e.g. Warehousing, Road and Ocean transportation, using the available business tools to maximise competitive advantage

  • Use market intelligence to help drive the business forward, delivering Power BI dashboards to support the captured data

  • Collaborate with the Procurement Services Hub team to run Procurement KPI dashboards

  • Monitor data accuracy and support projects to improve related data governance and quality standards for the Logistics category team

  • Be creative and pragmatic in identifying and quantifying opportunities for improvement

  • Support end-to-end execution of Logistics KPI related strategies, ensuring that global and sub-regional category teams are aligned 

  • Monitor user feedback and satisfaction with quality of KPI insights/dashboards

  • Leverage the procurement technologies we already have to enhance effectiveness and improve user experience

  • Be and expert in all Logistics sourcing platforms, including features and future roadmaps

  • Provide support in continuing to advance the Logistics sourcing platforms, including digitization and incorporation of new technologies to drive efficiency and value capture e.g. AI usage and autonomous sourcing.

  • Use the benchmarking tool to optimise opportunities to drive value

  • Identify and share improved ways of working to increase output and process simplification

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a Procurement or Business Analytics field

  • Expertise in end to end Procurement and Category Management or related Business Consulting Services

  • Extensive experience in Logistics sourcing platforms

  • Experience in SAP MM or similar ERP systems, Business Warehouse, ARIBA

  • An agile and digital mindset – continuous pursuit of excellence and automation

  • Track record influencing and managing senior stakeholders and driving change across- border teams. Ability to develop compelling business cases and presentations

  • Experience in process or value chain engineering skills (lean, 6 sigma etc); qualifications and certifications are desirable. Expertise in Procurement process design, problem solving and simplification in a large corporate and or multi-national/s

  • Strong capability to embed practices through effective change management and communications methods. 

  • Project Management: Proven track record of delivery 

  • Fluency in English

  • Fluency in another European language would be an advantage
