Responsibilities:
To contribute to the vision and mision of the company
Management of processes establishing measurable efficacy and efficiency, setting goals and objectives, establishing as many actions as are necessary to achieve them.
Knowledgeable and apply the policies and standards of quality, environment and prevention.
Ensure compliance with logistics processes.
Control and ensure the correct reception and introduction of customer programs in the computer system, both in quantities and dates
Guarantee the integration of the information provided by our clients in the company's computer systems
Documentation management related to: freight notices to carriers, preparation of expeditions, confirmation of shipments and information to customers.
Control and ensure compliance with the specific procedures of each client (web pages, Darwin, auto link ...)
Obtain and ensure the correct expedition to the final client.
Packaging Management.
Participate in as many audits as necessary by the client.
Inventory management and control of finished product.
Control and monitoring of the company's objectives regarding logistics in accordance with the progress plan.
Monitoring and analysis of delivery compliance, customer valuation and urgent transports.
Preparation of the department forecast.
Qualifications:
University Degree, Additional SCM training.
English/Spanish and SAP.
