Training program include:
- Overall about coffee trading
- Overall about logistics process and instruction
Practice:
- Upload contracts, shipping dox, warehouse receipt, weight note, stock reports, stock reconciliation
- Create samples, register samples result
- Do contract matching
- Issue landing instruction, shipping advice, insurance certificate,...
- Check service invoices
- Check stock reports
Qualifications
- Good English
- Computer proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,...)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- High level of adaptability
- Sophomore or final-year student majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
