About us

Our team is responsible for the entire material flow – from internal coordination all the way to on-time delivery and shipment to our customers. Ensuring reliable customer deliveries is our top priority. To achieve this, we work with a high degree of ownership, independence, and a strong results- and goal-oriented mindset, and we place great emphasis on empowerment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a strong identification with our company.

We are looking for a personality who, as a motivator with a pronounced hands-on mentality, will reliably ensure established processes together with the team and actively contribute to the further development of future-ready logistics.

Your role

  • Responsibility for inbound and outbound provision of shipping containers in the DUV area at the Wetzlar site, as well as ensuring internal transport.

  • Execution of all relevant transaction postings in the SAP systems (MM/PP/SD/WM)(MM/PP/SD/WM) and MES.
  • Processing of inbound and outbound checklists and coordination of the storage and retrieval of finished goods and container inventories.
  • Preparation of the required (export) documents (e.g. freight letters for forwarders, labels, protocols).
  • Coordination of daily exports and shipments, ensuring shipping readiness, and acting as deputy team lead (shift schedule maintenance, team coordination, functional authority to issue instructions).
  • Creation and processing of quality notifications, as well as handling claims in the event of complaints.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in logistics (e.g. warehouse logistics specialist) or a comparable qualification, as well as an additional two-year full-time specialized training (e.g. in materials management/logistics).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience (>3 years) in a logistics environment with a focus on outbound logistics.
  • Confident use of PC-based applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as solid practical experience with MES and SAP (MM; WM).
  • Strong team and service orientation, combined with a structured and reliable way of working.
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
