We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing / Logistics Specialist to join our fast-growing consumer brand. This role will be critical in managing end-to-end supply chain operations—from production planning with overseas manufacturers to final-mile delivery coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, and has proven experience optimizing supply chains for physical products.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow
• Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
• Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems
• Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Ops, CX, and Finance teams
• Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations

Ideal Background

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
• Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
• Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping

This role will report to Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels. We’re looking for someone proactive, operationally sharp, and ready to make an immediate impact.
